For new tenants, welcome to your new home! But before you completely move-in and get cozy in your new place, we would appreciate it if you inspect the rental yourself. Here are the things you need to know:
See if you find the rental as a habitable and in condition for your move-in
See if nothing needs to be changed, repaired, or upgraded
Why is it important? We want everything to fit you and your needs. To do that, you must do a complete inspection of the property yourself. You must also understand that you shall be renting the property as it is, so doing an inspection will prevent inconvenience on our part, but most importantly, yours.
Here at Long Beach Property Management, we want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To keep you happy, we provide repairs or services for you to ensure the quality of your living space. Repair services include:

If you have any specific inquiries about your payment, you can contact us directly at (562) 551-8357. For now, we are transitioning to an online payment method to make thing easier for you. Here’s why:
- It’s faster and more convenient. You don’t have to worry about delayed or forgotten payments anymore! You can pay anytime, anywhere or opt for automatic deduction from your account.
- Online payments are more secure. All confidential information is password protected, transactions are encrypted and securely transmitted.
- Setting up an account will just take a few minutes!
If you already have an account with us, just go to the Tenant Portal Login Page. If you’re new and you want to pay your rent online, go ahead and sign up now.
We hate to see you leave! But for whatever reason you’re moving out, we completely understand your situation and bid you luck in your future endeavors. Now, here are the things you need to know:
Please notify us 30 days before your move-out date. If your move-out is urgent, please contact us immediately so we can settle everything quickly for you.
Please leave the rental in the same condition as before you settled in, and double check for things you might leave behind.
We shall send you your security deposit statement after you have turned-in your keys to our office.
